- Medication Checks

What to Expect
- Once your appointment has been scheduled, you will receive an email invitation for your upcoming telehealth appointment.
- For ease at the time of your appointment, feel free to download the appropriate app to your device (computer, smartphone, or tablet).
- On the day of your appointment, we ask that you join the meeting five minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time to ensure you are able to connect. If you are experiencing any technical difficulties, please contact our office.
- Your provider will join you shortly. If your provider has not joined within five minutes of your scheduled appointment time, please feel free to contact the office.
Please remember that with telehealth appointments the normal check-in routine does not occur. If you have any changes with insurance, be sure to update this with our office to ensure accuracy and timeliness with your claim to the appropriate insurance.
